  • Payment is handled via inter-company invoices. Credit cards are not accepted at this time. When submitting payment details, please include complete coding information, such as Business Unit (BU) or project codes, to ensure accurate processing.

  • Yes, associates are welcome to place personal orders for available items. When placing a personal order, please do the following:

    • In the coding section, note “Personal Check”

    • In the purpose of order, clearly state “For Personal Use”

    Personal orders are processed via a personal check rather than the standard invoice method used for business unit or project-related purchases.

  • If your requested quantity exceeds our current inventory, we will need to place a new production order.

  • Minimums and turnaround times vary by item. Each product’s specific reorder requirements, including minimum quantity and estimated production time, will be listed in its individual product description.

  • Your cart will not automatically clear after submitting a wishlist because we use a flexible wishlist feature that allows for varied submissions. To avoid duplicate orders or confusion, please make sure to manually clear your cart once your wishlist has been submitted.

  • Once your order is submitted, a member of the Marketing team will begin processing it. You can expect to receive direct communication from the team regarding your order status. If your items require shipping, they will provide a FedEx tracking number as soon as it becomes available.
